TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

A.   The Applicant is aware that this is an UNPAID educational training program in accordance

      with Indonesian Immigration law No. 6/2011 and Labor Law No 13/2003, stipulating that the foreign student is

      not elgible to get any payment during the internship program in Indonesia.

B.   The Applicant is aware that he/she is subjected to a charge to be found under the 'Our rates'

      section which the student pays to Us for facilitating this internship program prior to his/her arrival.

C.   All Our advices given to the Applicant are in good faith and therefor the applicant

      follows at anytime the instructions given by Us.

D   Violating the rules and regulations of indonesia is a serious offence and results in a direct deportation.

E.   The applicants respects the culture and the companies rules and regulation, including the obey the

      instructions for the host company.

F.   Stage Bali cannot held responsible for decisions or processing time from the indonesian immigration for

       arranging the visa..

G.   The student is aware that there are additional costs involved (total cost 53 euro per visa extension) when

       performing an internship for a term longer than 60 days

H.   Published rates are not negotiable
